How it works
Using Ai finance
Five screens, five jobs. Here is what each one does and the order that works best.
Home · your position
At the top, months of runway: how long your cash lasts at the current rate of spend. Below it, balance, monthly burn and the tax you have reserved. The errands index takes you straight to what needs doing today.
Ledger · the day's movements
Every payment in and out, grouped by day. Each line shows whether a receipt is attached and whether it is deductible. Filter by month, account, missing receipts or deductible only. Tap a line for detail and to attach a receipt.
Receipts · capture and match
Photograph the receipt and the app reads total, tax and date. It proposes the transaction it belongs to; confirm it or reject and pick another. A spend without a receipt is not a firm deduction.
Invoices · getting paid
Each invoice moves through five states: draft, sent, viewed, overdue and paid. Create one with client, line items and terms. Reminders go out on the due date, at +7 days and at +14; after that chasing stops and asks you what to do.
Tax · quarterly reserve
It takes revenue collected less deductible spend for the quarter, applies your effective rate, and shows what you should be holding against what you actually hold. One tap moves the difference into the reserve account.
Settings
Open the gear in the header to enter your business name, address, contact, logo, currency, tax rate and account balances. From there you can also clear the example data and start with your own figures.
Good habits
- Capture receipts the same day — that is the difference between deducting and not.
- Read the errands on Home each morning; they are ordered by urgency.
- Set the tax reserve aside at each month end, not at the end of the quarter.
Switch between English and Spanish with the EN / ES control in the header.
